Product Development Director
Position Description
Develops and implements strategic product plans to scale-up process designs for biofuel catalysts from lab to commercial scale
• Identify preferred partner(s)
• Support partner product development activity
• Maintain partner relationship(s)
• Leading research personnel during product development cycle
• Inorganic catalysts and supports
• Liquid phase reactor design
• Biofuel catalysts
Job Requirements:
• 5 years corporate product development experience
• Experience in biofuels industry preferred
• BSChE, MS preferred
• Exercise time management skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to execute in international context
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both oral and written communication
• Work both independently and in a team oriented environment
